Newsletter Volume XII, No.1 February 1998 Call for 99 Topic Proposals The board is seeking topics for organized sessions that are open for all members to respond to. If you have an organized session with presenters already confirmed we will call for these in the next newsletter in September of 98. For now we are interested only in receiving well flushed out topic proposals in a 250 word abstract for consideration at the 1999 Victoria conference. Please submit your proposals by June 1, 1998 to the Vice President and chair of the conference program committee, Jonathan Batkin, Wheelwright Museum of the American Indian, P.O.
